This public-site notice explains the basic information collected through the InstInt website. Client deployments may be governed by separate agreements and policies.
Public website information
When you submit a pilot or demonstration request, InstInt may collect the contact and organization information you provide, the page from which the request was sent, and basic technical information needed to receive and protect the submission.
How information is used
Information submitted through the public site is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate possible pilot or customer fit, communicate about InstInt, protect the site from abuse, and maintain business records.
Staff and client data
The authenticated InstInt platform is separate from this public marketing site. The handling of client organizational knowledge, user accounts, and usage information should be governed by the applicable client agreement, deployment settings, and organizational policy.
Sensitive information
Do not submit protected health information, passwords, confidential employee records, or other sensitive data through the public pilot-request form.
Service providers
InstInt may use hosting, email delivery, database, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers to operate the site and respond to requests. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services or as required by law.
Contact and changes
This notice may be updated as the public site and product mature. Questions can be submitted through the pilot conversation form.
